The Discovery Summit site is sporting a fresh new look as of this weekend, and we are excited to share it with you. Read on to see what’s new and what to expect from these site upgrades.
All the information you need about Discovery Summit, accessible from the home page
On the main home page, you’ll find details on what each Discovery Summit event offers, who should attend, and a sampling of poster and paper presentations from past events that can be filtered by Most Viewed, Most Recent, and Skill Level (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced).

Most importantly, the top of the home page now features five buttons – one for each conference and color-coded accordingly – that direct site visitors to pages that provide information specific to each region.

These buttons will be updated regularly as upcoming event dates and locations become available, and depending on the status of the event, one of the following prompts will be displayed:
- Register now
- Call for content
- Visit site
- Stay tuned
The ribbon in the top right of the page now links back to the home page, to archived presentations from past events, and to information on event speakers. By scrolling over the waffle menu to the far right of the ribbon, users have the option to visit resources such as JMP Marketplace, jmp.com, the User Community, and the JMP Store.

Easily refer your customers to existing Discovery Summit content
On the Presentations page, users can further filter previous Discovery Summit content based on their unique needs. Filters on this page now include Analytic Capabilities, Abstract Type (Paper, Poster, Plenary), Regions, Year, and Skill Level.

View all event speakers in one place
The Presenters page provides a comprehensive list of all speakers sharing content at the Discovery Summit occurring most immediately in the future, including plenary speakers, paper presenters, and poster presenters.
Simplified navigation through regional event information
On regional pages, the tabs in the ribbon link to the homepage, the event agenda, and a dropdown labeled “More,” which guides the user to pages with information on presentations, speakers, the venue, the steering committee, and conference add-ons, such as workshops. If event registration is open when a user visits a regional page, a registration tab will also populate in the ribbon.

These updates are great!! Thanks for sharing, Hannah!
Fantastic update! Especially love the access to the prior content and ease of filtering it. Way to go!
