Team Leader Minju Cho joined Celltrion in 2012 and is leading statistical analysis work in the CMC field covering pharmaceutical development to manufacturing and statistical work related to preclinical trials. She is also conducting in-house statistical training to foster the understanding of statistics among employees. In particular, she established a process for systematic management and analysis of GMP data, and contributed to quality improvement by applying QbD to pharmaceutical development based on JMP, and presented related results at the 2019 Global Bio Conference.
(2021) as a co-author, wrote Chapter 3: Quality by Design, Chapter 14: Case study, and participated in writing numerous other statistical papers and patents related to pharmaceutical development. She received her master's degree in statistics from Ewha Womans University.
