As a statistical problem-solving consultant and JMP trainer, he instructs engineers on all aspects of technical data analysis, including experimental design. Drawing on his experience working in image processing and measurement technology at the semiconductor R&D division of Toshiba Corporation, he incorporates statistical methods into problem solving to effectively utilize measurement data from process management and reliability technology. In parallel with his technical activities, he also focused on promoting data science within the Toshiba Group as a seminar lecturer in the Innovation Promotion Department. Based on that experience, he expanded his activities to statistics and data science education, and has been working as a freelancer since 2020, working in a wider range of technical fields. His books include "Introduction to Statistical Problem Solving with JMP", "Starting Data Science with JMP", and "Easy Statistics Lessons" (all published by Ohmsha).
