Based in Cary, Gary Catalfu (@G_Catalfu) joined JMP as the Manager of the JMP Engagement team, reporting to Wendy Murphrey.
A native of Buffalo, NY, Gary has lived in Apex/Cary, NC since October 2000. With a Bachelor of Science degree from Fredonia State University of New York, he began his journey at SAS in April 2002. Over his 22-year career within the SAS Customer Engagement Center (CEC), Gary held various positions, starting as a CEC agent, then moving into management, and eventually overseeing global operations for the past decade. He witnessed the CEC's growth from supporting the Americas in English to expanding into EMEA and APAC, now supporting 19 languages in more than 200 countries.
Gary is married and a father to two grown children, Ryan and Kevin. He is a diehard Buffalo Bills fan and an avid sports fan, both as a participant and spectator. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, engaging in sports, and enjoying moments of relaxation. He is excited to join the JMP team and get to meet everyone!
