Join / Update Main Table with a Pick List Table

Situation: Our pick list system is a very manual process. A pick list is generated via an access query against our test database which i don't have access to because another group is responsible for. So i have to ask that group to export the generated pick list to a .csv file. I have to create a master pick list that includes everything. I am embarrassed to post this because i am sure that it is a simple join/update of which for the life of me, can't figure out. I need the update the Main Table with the Query Table replacing Bin 0's with Bin 1's. I have tried multiple types of Join Table and multiple Update Table from the drop down menu and I can't get it to what i need. I have attached both the Main Table and Query Table. Again, any and all help is greatly appreciated.

 

For some reason when i try to attach the tables i am getting an error "The contents of the attachment doesn't match its file type" so best i can do is the csv files

 

Main Table:

Bin 99 = dead space where no devices exist

Bin 0 = all possible device locations

 

Query Table [Pick List]

Bin 1 = all passing devices on the wafer

Here is a script that works with your example data tables.....it just required the matching based upon the correct combination of columns
