Reverse the exponential probability distribution

Hello,

I have a customer willing to calculate the reverse of exponential probability distribution in JMP through a formula column i.e. start from a probability density of the exponential distribution and find the data (which are times) based on the initial formula which is likely : Exp Density( :’ time (minutes) ’n, Scale ).

I'm not sure I understand what your customer wants to do, but how about using the minimise function?
