Check-in conversations with your manager should be held throughout the year, but the Q4 Wrap-up Conversation is a special, dedicated time for you to review your work and summarize the year. To help you prepare for and make the most of your Q4 Wrap-up Conversation, use the checklist below:

- Have a Q4 Wrap-up Conversation with your manager, share your reflections, and review your business and development goals.
- Complete your Wrap-up Conversation by Jan. 31, 2025.
