What inspired this Wish List Request?
This is a reqeust from Hideaki Kamijo-sama, clinical engineering technologist at Tukuba Medical Center Hosptal. I got this request in the e-mail exchanges with him after Discovery Summit Japan 2024.
TRIPOD(Transparent Reporting of a multivariable prediction model for Individual Prognosis Or Diagnosis) is a guideline for predictive modeling in pharmaceutical area. In the guideline, the validation is recommended.
We have several validation methods in JMP Pro (e.g. the validation column), but there is no method in standard JMP. In the past like 10 years ago, the validation was used mainly only in machine learning area. But now, the validation is now used also in classical statistical area.
Please describe the new or improved feature or solution you would like to see.
He wants some validation methods for Fit Model's Logistic also in standard JMP.
What would the value be to you and/or other users if this new feature is provided?

As far as I know, Python offers some functions to check fitting for the validation data.
