I have a question regarding the Save Column > Prediction Formula feature in FDoE.
The dataset I am working with was shared by Our SE Benjamin, and I encountered a situation when using the Wavelet option for model fitting.
When I select Save Data, the predicted "Pred Intensity" column generated based on the PCA approach shows values very close to the actual "Intensity" values.
However, when I click on FDoE and select Save Column to transform the model back to the original scale (to evaluate CPP on the actual scale), the predicted values are significantly different from the actual ones.
Could you please clarify why such discrepancies occur? Specifically, I am curious about the reasons for the large difference in predictions when transforming back to the original scale.
