This request is for administrators to be able to add new users during the extended "Grace Period". Currently, we are unable to add new users into the JMP portal, while our new contract is in process and awaiting invoice payment. This prevents new users, or existing users on earlier versions of JMP, from gaining valuable access to JMP software/resources. Seems like it would be beneficial from both parties to allow access to the software during this time.
The other request is for JMP to allow release of a new license file while we are in the "Grace Period", so we do not lose our functionality. The PO is our intent to pay for another year of licenses. Most large organizations release the new license files upon PO receipt. Having NET payment terms in our software agreement limits the timely manner of paying the invoice, thus preventing new/existing users from using JMP software, even when payment is scheduled.
