I can perform multivaraible repeated measures/longitudinal analyses of continuous outcomes using mixed models in JMP Pro but do not know how to model multivariable repeated measures analyses when the outcome is binary. Our statistician suggested longitudinal logistic regression, which he can perform in R or SPSS, but I'd like to perform the analyses myself in JMP Pro if possible. I have not been able to figure out how to do this yet so guidance would be much appreciated. Thank you!
