The popular Mastering JMP webinar series is evolving in 2025 to better meet the needs of JMP users. This series, hosted by JMP Systems Engineers (SEs) and Technical Enablement Engineers (TEs), offers 30-minute deep-dive demos followed by Q&A sessions on various JMP capabilities. Guidance for the changes came from the SE and TE management and teams.
Why the change?
The Mastering JMP webinars are designed to be short and informative, yet impactful. To streamline the process and allow our SEs to focus on customer interactions and sales efforts, we've reduced the number of SEs needed to prepare and deliver these webinars. By doing so, we can ensure that our SEs are spending their time effectively with prospects and current customers as well as providing valuable JMP demonstrations to cross-territory groups of JMP users on how to use JMP to help solve business challenges.
To enhance the value of the series, we're making several adjustments driven by input from System Engineering and Technical Enablement management and teams:
- Focused content: Reduce the number of webinars while increasing their depth and specificity.
- Strategic delivery: Strategically intersperse core, specialized, and in-depth topics throughout the year.
- Enhanced engagement: Promote webinars more frequently to keep users engaged.
- Data-driven insights: Continue tracking metrics like attendance and video views to optimize future offerings and make them more easily accessible to staff using JMP Live.
What's next for Mastering JMP?
In 2025, the series will feature a mix of experienced and junior SEs. Experienced SEs will prepare and lead the core demonstrations, while newer SEs will assist with Q&A and gain valuable experience in Great Demo presentation techniques.
These webinars will continue to be recorded and demos will be posted to the JMP Community, along with additional resources and text and videos of Q&A. To further enhance the learning experience, the purpose of each webinar will be clarified in the description and will present clear calls to action, encouraging users to try the techniques and explore related learning resources.
By refining the format and content of the Mastering JMP series in 2025, we aim to empower JMP users with the knowledge and skills they need to maximize their JMP experience.
