CRO is a strategic process focused on increasing the percentage of website visitors who complete a desired action (conversion), such as making a purchase, signing up for a newsletter, or downloading a resource. CRO can significantly boost a website's overall effectiveness by analyzing user behavior and implementing data-driven optimizations.
