Partial AUC

My customer wants to caculate the partial AUC for specific time points on various models (sigmoids, pk.,) fitted in Fit curve .

To calculate the partial AUC,

I thought , subset the dataset with x:grid time y=predictiors to include only the desired time interval and then run the  Total AUC add-in.

But I want to know is there any built-in partial AUC platform in JMP .

If they have the formula then the integrate function in the scripting index will do what they're after:

If they've only got the data data then the trapezoidal rule is is your best bet.  You should also chime in on this internal wishlist item since this is a customer request: https://community.jmp.com/t5/Internal-Wish-List/Area-Under-the-Curve-and-Normalization-of-Curve/idi-p/631203
