A new, streamlined version of the JMP Store launched in May 2023, initially catering exclusively to US customers using US dollars, with plans to expand the Store’s reach to meet global demand.
Global expansion began in January 2024. By the beginning of the third quarter of 2024, the Store was accessible in 13 currencies and 70 countries, empowering data professionals from diverse regions to access and utilize JMP seamlessly. The addition of JMP Pro and JMP Clinical to the Store's offerings has further fueled sales volume.
Since July, all global contract renewals valued below $20,000 have been executed through the JMP Store. This strategic move has streamlined the renewal process, offering customers a convenient and efficient way to manage their software licenses.
JMP IT Senior Manager Falco Kronmüller says there is enough momentum to close the year with $13 million in eCommerce sales, but there is an additional incentive for contract customers to renew. “To maximize renewals before year-end, we're offering SAS contract customers that renew in November and December a 10% discount on renewals and upgrades for orders placed before January 1, 2025.”
From a development perspective, the focus is on exploring adjustments to the subscription management system. “This could open the door to additional payment methods in the near future," Kronmüller said.
What an amazing accomplishment!! And so much time saved for everyone from front to back
