What inspired this Wish List Request?
Many customers use Area Under the Disease Progression Curve (AUDPC) as a metric. While there are scripting solutions (link), and while they can be created manually in FDE right now, it would be nice if Automatic Peak Detection in Peak Finding could do this.
Please describe the new or improved feature or solution you would like to see.
The attached AUDPC script is based on Ian's script here and gives the same results as this instruction from apsnet.org. Even better, it also gives the same result as manually selecting all the data for each curve (screenshot below).

The desired change is to either
a) have the Peak Detection platform automatically recognize this type of data with the standard Automatic Peak Detection button or
b) add an AUDPC Peak Detection button (screenshot below)
Whichever implementation works best, the peak detection algorithm would select essentially the entire curve for AUC calculations.

I've also attached a sample data table with scripts to recreate this.
What would the value be to you and/or other users if this new feature is provided?
This would save a lot of time, especially for Ag customers.
Is this an external customer request?
Yes. Nutrien asked this of Tech Support, and the scripting answer was provided. I showed them the FDE solution in JMP Pro with a small data set (attached). Once they adopt JMP Pro (for other reasons, as well) they will definitely need an automatic button.
Is there a competitive software package that has this feature or solution that we should be aware of?
Everything I can find online resorts to scripting (Python, R)
Will this impact a renewal, expansion, or adoption at a customer, and does this put an account at risk if we do not address this?
Maybe. If this isn't addressed in JMP Pro, it could be done via an Add-In, so I don't think it's an absolute deal breaker. It is, however, something that could help sell JMP Pro if it was already available.
