new computer

I bought a new computer, but the JMP app won't install on my new computer. Do I need to uninstall JMP from my old computer before I can install it on the new computer?

There should be no need for that.

How are you trying to install JMP?
- Where did you get the installer?
Which JMP version are you installing?
Which operating system are you running?
- Which were you running earlier?
Have you tried contacting JMP support yet?

Try to run the installer as "admin" via right click -> run as administrator.
Different to many other installers, the JMP installer doesn't ask for admin rights - and it doesn't show a warning that admin rights are missing.
