I bought a new computer, but the JMP app won't install on my new computer. Do I need to uninstall JMP from my old computer before I can install it on the new computer?

Try to run the installer as "admin" via right click -> run as administrator.
Different to many other installers, the JMP installer doesn't ask for admin rights - and it doesn't show a warning that admin rights are missing.

* How are you trying to install JMP?* Where did you get the installer?

* Which JMP version are you installing?
* Which operating system are you running?* Which were you running earlier?

* Have you tried contacting JMP support yet?
