With the shift in seasons and individuals transitioning back to work and school after the summer break, there has been a noticeable increase in inquiries and support cases directed towards Engagement and Tech Support. Simultaneously, there has been a rise in visits to the Community platform and active engagement with the array of resources available to our users.
During the previous week's Discovery Summit Early User Edition, over 1000 individuals registered for the event, with more than 200 actively participating. The level of enthusiasm displayed by our users in these forums is truly inspiring. A special acknowledgment goes out to the Global Events Team and the User Enablement staff for their dedicated efforts in ensuring the success of this event.
