Hello Steering Committee,
The Call for content will close on October 18th, and we expect quite some abstract being submitted closer to the deadline.
We greatly appreciate the efforts you put evaluating the abstracts.
Here a guideline in preparation to our meeting on October 28th:
- Review the rating process on Openwaters (see video at the end of this page). For questions, feel free to contact me.
- Rate all Paper/ Posters based on your interest/ knowledge.
- Final holistic review:
- Between abstracts on the same topic (Change rate/ Enter a comment why one abstract is better than the other)
- Between abstracts from the same presenter
- Between abstracts from the same company
For consideration, the conference benefits from having presenters from:
- All European regions.
- Diversity of presenters across demographics
- Presentations from different industries/ analytical capabilities.
Review Process:
We will have our meeting on Monday, 28th of October to pick the papers and posters for the conference. Please make sure you have reviewed and rated all the abstracts. Let me please know if you did not receive the meeting invite.
