In JMP 18, the Python integration function has been completely revamped, and you can now use the built-in Python when you install JMP 18. In this presentation, we will introduce an example of how to use Python integration, using the analysis of text data as an example. In JMP, you can use Text Explorer to analyze text data such as free responses from questionnaire surveys, but by using Python, you can further expand the functionality of JMP. For example, we will introduce an example of using Python to perform preprocessing of Japanese text and the creation of graphs that are not supported in JMP. In this presentation, we will keep the explanation of Python and JSL to a minimum and explain what is possible by using the Python integration functions.
