The JMP Buy Now application uses FAQ pages that are hosted in the SAS.com directory structure. Edits to these files can be made by properly authorized staff without involvement by IT by following the steps below.
Note that any of the steps require adquate access permissions to the directory as well as the POD tool referenced. If you feel you need access, contact the JMP Web Team and they can assist you in requesting access.
To edit these files navigate to the files on a Windows machine at this location: \\sashq\root\dept\www\corp\test\order_licenses. The files are simple HTML format, and each file is appended with the two-character code to indicate its language (de, fr, it, ja, etc.)
Edit the files in that location, making a backup copy before doing so, especially if making extensive changes. Once saved the files are visible in the browser by going to http://corptest.unx.sas.com/order_licenses/. Review your changes before proceeding to push the files live.
Once verified the files can be promoted using the SAS POD tool here: http://sww.sas.com/www/promote/?path=/dept/www/corp/test/order_licenses&sortcol=date&sortdir=D
Note: license documents in each language are also available at this location in both PDF and HTML format. These should not be updated without proper clearance from SAS Legal, who should provide you the PDF documents.
