Do you want to build an analytics culture within your organization? This presentation will show you how to build a data analytics strategy and grow its supporters.
Building an analytics culture within a company can require significant change. This change must begin with leadership from senior management and proponents of data analytics, who must provide direction and take the lead. Furthermore, it's crucial to ensure that data is recognized as a strategic asset.
This presentation will discuss how those responsible for embedding data analytics within an organization can drive change, overcome resistance to change, foster collaboration, and educate and empower employees. Those in this position will need to find like-minded individuals who share a vision for organizational change and plan educational programs to cultivate data analytics-savvy employees.
In addition, this presentation will introduce a free online statistics course called "Statistical Thinking for Industrial Problem Solving" (STIPS) as a tool to support employee skill development. It should be helpful in acquiring practical skills in data utilization and problem solving.
