What inspired this Wish List Request?
My customer currently has 98 active JMP users, with plans to increase to 135 in the near future. The license administrator is receiving daily updates from colleagues regarding license expiration dates, which has become quite overwhelming for him.
Please describe the new or improved feature or solution you would like to see.
Perhaps JMP could create a option for cases where an order is already in the salesforce system. That the admin is able to deactivate these messages manually in my.jmp.com?
What would the value be to you and/or other users if this new feature is provided?
The license admin could save 10 minutes a day if he didn't have to give feedback to his users.

Not that I know of.
Will this impact a renewal, expansion, or adoption at a customer, and does this put an account at risk if we do not address this?
Implementing this feature would simplify the renewal process for our JMP Advocate and significantly enhance user satisfaction across the entire company. For many of our JMP users, the software is crucial for managing business operations, such as overseeing production or developing new products. Receiving frequent expiration warnings when opening JMP can be alarming and disruptive for these users.
