Building reliability into product development is one of the most important activities for keeping the promise to customers after the product leaves the manufacturer's hands (to have them choose the product with confidence, use it with satisfaction, and trust the company's brand). For this reason, building reliability requires the participation of everyone, and the use of statistical methods is essential to guarantee product reliability and safety. In this presentation, I will introduce how to use various methods useful for building reliability using JMP (JMP Pro).
