Graph Builder and Data Filter visualize quality data and focus on problems. For example, display the number of defective units by year in a bar graph and overlay the defective details and supplier on the graph. Graphing the defective details and number of units by year makes the progress of improvements and deterioration clear. Based on the graph of the year and number of defective units or the graph of the defective details and number of units, drop the stratification variables into zones such as Group X and Group Y or overlap zones. When selecting a specific segment and drilling down, the exclusion function is used, but if you directly operate the table to exclude it, no record is left and you will be confused later. I do this while saving the script to the data table using the Data Filter. When examining the table of the segment of interest, click the graph to select it, then check the details of the table by Table → Subset. Graph Builder is also used to verify model fitting and partition analysis. When checking the fitting situation, use Graph Builder to put the main variable or temperature on the X axis and drop other variables to Group X, etc. This will reveal nonlinearity and discover interactions.
