Since 2017, we have been working on training data-driven development talent using JMP in our research and development department, aiming to improve the efficiency of research and development through data-based decision-making. What started with just a dozen users at the beginning has now grown to over 500, and we are seeing many examples of practical use, mainly among new and young employees. We will explain the challenges and solutions we have experienced through training data-driven development talent that is in tune with the mindset of material developers, including how to create educational curricula and in-house training during the in-house JMP introduction and expansion period, and the barriers that beginners tend to encounter, with some examples of JMP use.
