In recent years, business intelligence and people analytics, which analyze and visualize data accumulated daily in corporate management and are useful for strategy formulation and decision-making, have been attracting attention. In this presentation, we will report on a case where survey data on employees and organizations was analyzed using JMP and the results were used in consulting proposals for management decision-making.
In corporate management consulting activities, quantitative and qualitative organizational surveys are essential to understand the actual state of an organization. In order to realize the sustainable growth of an organization that is brought about by the growth of each employee, it is desirable to visualize the state of the organization from these survey data and use it for future predictions and decision-making.
In this case study, we will apply a methodology using JMP's multivariate analysis function and visualization tools such as analytical model diagrams and structural model diagrams to the data acquired by Company A. As a result, it will be possible to make easy-to-understand proposals to the management of Company A. In this presentation, we will introduce a series of steps from data acquisition to proposals, using an analysis method that goes one step further than general analysis using descriptive statistics.

Takenori Takahashi
He has been researching QM (quality management), SQM (statistical quality management) and design theory for nearly 50 years. Since the beginning of the 21st century, he has proposed a design paradigm called Hyper Design, developed its mathematical theory, HOPE theory, and is co-developing its support software, HOPE-Add-in, with SAS. He has realized a new design method by combining the concept of Hyper Design, the statistical mathematics of HOPE theory, and the support tool, HOPE-Add-in for JMP. He has also proposed multi-group principal component regression analysis as a social science extension of this theory.
