With the strategic goal of increasing the penetration and utilization rate of formularies (FM) within the group hospitals, a problem-solving work survey was conducted on hospital employees to formulate a concrete action plan. FM is defined as "a continuously updated list of drugs and related information necessary for doctors, pharmacists, and other medical professionals to express clinical judgment for the diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases and health promotion." The outcomes of the survey were 1) consideration of action guidelines by creating a matrix of importance and urgency, and 2) clarification of individual perceptions of FM through stratified analysis based on the respondents' career path clusters. It is believed that publishing the results of these analyses will lead to consensus formation among employees, which will result in strengthening the driving force of the organization and leading to the achievement of the strategy.
