JMP is widely used by medical researchers at our university because it is easy to use and supports a variety of analysis methods. However, in recent years, there have been an increasing number of situations where reviewers of paper papers request relatively advanced analytical methods, or researchers themselves wish to implement them, and the existing functions of JMP alone are not always sufficient to meet these demands. For example, advanced analysis is possible using software such as SAS, but it is difficult for busy medical researchers to program SAS and other programs as they wish.
In this presentation, we will report on some analytical methods that we believe would be useful if implemented in JMP in the future, based on case studies received through statistical consultations.
