In this presentation, we will introduce the results of a statistical verification of the effects of safety education implemented in a machine work training course at a technical college, using JMP. Although safety education is conducted in various places, there are few cases where the effect of education on improving safety awareness among workers has been verified statistically. By conducting a statistical verification this time, we believe that the importance of safety education that enables workers to work safely without accidents or injuries will be reaffirmed. The content of the safety education is as follows: KYT (Kiken Yochi Training) test → classroom education → danger experience training → KYT test, questionnaire survey, and statistical analysis. The difference in the accuracy rate of the KYT test before and after the safety education will be verified for significant differences in bivariate relationships. In addition, the effect of questionnaire results on individual qualities and personality on the test results will be verified. Furthermore, the impressions after the safety education will be visualized using text mining.
