Big data analysis has been widely used in the Internet field, but its application in the industrial field has not been smooth. In the industrial field, simpler scenarios such as quality warning, operations optimization, visual inspection, and equipment predictive maintenance have been maturely applied, but in more complex scenarios such as product performance prediction, cross-process tuning, product design optimization, and technology research, some problems have been encountered, and no good application cases have been seen so far. Based on my actual work, I systematically summarize the relationship between industrial big data analysis and statistical analysis, the current problems encountered in industrial big data analysis and possible solutions, as well as application cases based on JMP.
