In order to promote data utilization at factories, Asahi Kasei is strengthening both the construction of a manufacturing IoT platform and human resource development.
We have adopted JMP as a statistical analysis tool to be implemented on the manufacturing IoT platform, and have been carrying out a data analysis human resource development program for factory engineers. This year marks the third year since the program began in 2019. Rather than simply studying statistics, the program provides practical education tailored to the challenges faced on-site, and has produced results at various factory sites. Today, I would like to introduce this human resource development initiative.
