Title: Within 100 characters Automating Weibull Analysis of Field Vehicle Claims under Various No-Fault Conditions Using JMP Abstract: Within 500 characters The Weibull analysis technique is used to analyze the reliability of vehicles. Time data is required for Weibull analysis, and since the time information included in the claim data is basically the sales date / repair date / mileage at the time of repair, the Weibull analysis is generally conducted using date data with start and end points. However, when a Weibull analysis based on mileage is required for purposes such as the driving characteristics of the vehicle type, warranty, and achievement of development goals, the mileage of a no-fault vehicle must be estimated through various assumptions. In this process, in order to understand the Weibull analysis results according to the no-fault calculation method, an automated technique that can quickly compare the Weibull analysis results according to various no-fault mileage calculation methods set by using the Life distribution function of JMP / the function that saves the analysis results as a script / JSL was utilized. Through this, we confirmed that there is a big difference in the results of Weibull analysis through date and mileage, and we were able to select Weibull shape parameters with high probability under various conditions with engineering knowledge. We were able to see that not only Weibull analysis but also various preprocessing conditions to increase the accuracy of the analysis can be performed by utilizing the flexible functions of JMP.
