Using JMP , analysts can analyze a variety of data at high speeds . It is important for manufacturing companies to produce and sell products that satisfy customers . Customer service data can be used as a basis for analyzing valid characteristics, such as setting product development directions and extracting key quality items for management .
In this article, we used JMP to create a model based on customer service data , identify regional characteristics, and transform it into an intuitive form that is easy to understand . We confirmed the correlation between various variables and extracted the meaning contained in the data . Data in the form of raw materials can be transformed into meaningful results that can be used for decision making through interpretation .
