I forgot to include the specs in the experimental data but they're in the pre experimental data. LSL for Y1 is 40 (maximize) and target for Y2 is 200 (LSL - 180, USL - 220).

I have a set of data that I'll use when talking to folks in Biotech. It's based on an experiment I did at Amgen where they wanted to know the effects of several factors (Temp, stirrer RPM, growth media supplier, fermentation time, and temp) in a small scale fermentation vessel (probably 10L or 100L) on a couple of responses (think titer and osmolality). I've attached three tables. The Preexperiment dataset made to look like preexperimental data while Experimental Results comes from the experiment. The results are completely fictitious, so no worries sharing it. The third table just contains the DOE factors. If you have any questions about it, please let me know.

Malcolm: Have you considered the microbial growth inhibitor example in Goos and Jones "Optimal Design of Experiments"? The case starts in chapter 2 and goes through many successive iterations for augmentation, analysis steps, etc. I've used it a few times in a bio-pharma setting with good results.
