Wendy Murphrey will take over as Manager of Technical Support, following Duane Hayes' retirement. Wendy has been with our support team since 2000, bringing over 20 years of experience with JMP.
She is an expert in the JMP Scripting Language (JSL) and has written the key book and certification exam on the subject. Her deep knowledge and dedication have made her a vital resource for our team and users.
A year and a half ago, Wendy formed the Engagement team to serve as JMP’s main customer contact point, taking over from the SAS Engagement Center. Under her leadership, the team has excelled in providing excellent customer service and support.
Throughout her career, Wendy has shown a strong commitment to customer service, always ensuring our users receive top-notch support. She has been a strong advocate for our users, driving customer-focused improvements to JMP and our business. Her leadership in Technical Support has been marked by her ability to mentor and guide her colleagues.
As we say goodbye to Duane, we are confident that Wendy will continue to build on the strong foundations he has laid. Her vision and experience make her the ideal person to lead our Technical Support team into the future.
