Add an optimal settings summary for decision threshold with respect to the metrics

Currently a user can visually explore the metrics vs. threshold. It might be informative to show a table with the threshold setting that optimizes each metric. It can be tedious to find these settings manually, especially for Accuracy, F1 and MCC.
