Hi all,
I had this question from a data science team within one of our customers. They have been using Python along with JMP and are very happy about the new setup of JMP with Python.
One question which came up instantly was:
Can we create multiple environments?
I researched and Get to Know: Paul Nelson (sorry, didn't find your community name, Paul) helped me out:

Only indirectly, and not officially supported by JMP
JMP creates its own site-packages/ directory in a user writable location.
import jmp
print(jmp.PY_USER_APPDIR)
A Python directory is found within, and site-packages/ is deeper within. JMP only looks for it’s specific site-packages location, but if you need multiple environments, you could rename site-packages/ to something else. Then the next JMP launch it would repopulate a bare site-packages/ to which packages could be installed. Switching between would require shutting down JMP, naming the one you want JMP to use to site-packages/ and restarting JMP.
Our site-packages and Python environment is almost a Python venv, but not quite. For now, that’s the best we can offer, is a manual process.

Thanks again to Paul!
