Paper Schedule, Hosting Assignments, Registration Open, Pre-con and Post-con calls, promote in your networks! All things Discovery Summit Americas!

Hello Steering Committee!

1.) We have finalized the schedules for the In-Person and Simulive presentations for Discovery Summit Americas. Please take each survey and select 2 paper sessions for each day/block that you are available to host. The survey will close on Tuesday, August 13 at 5PM ET.

In Person survey Attending the conference in person in Cary, NC and introducing the presenter(s)
Simulive survey Involves joining the virtual Simulive sessions 15 minutes prior. Introducing the presenter(s) and to assist with engaging the audience. You will also be joined by a JMP host. The presenters will be available for Q&A after the presentation. (we only have 6 presentation slots available for online, not all Steering Committee members will host an online session)

2.) Registration is open!

The Online segment, Discovery Summit Americas: Early User Edition opened on June 18th. We currently have 650+ registrants. You can register for the online segment using the hyperlink, registration is complimentary for all.
In-Person registration has opened for the General Attendee. The Steering Committee will receive a special link to register that will provide a complimentary registration. I will share this link in the coming weeks. So please hold off on registering via the Discovery Summit site. Once registered, we will provide you with support to secure your flights and hotel accommodations.

3.) Discovery Summit Post Event Calls. You should have received meeting invites for the below calls

JMP Steering Committee Meeting: Feedback on Discovery Online Sept 18 & 19
- Tuesday, September 24 @ 1:00 PM ET
Pre-Conference Steering Committee Call
- Monday, October 14 @1:00 PM ET
Post-Conference Steering Committee Meeting: In-Person
- Thursday, October 31 @ 2:00 PM ET

4.) Please share on Social Media and encourage your network to register for both in-person and online.
