Bootstrap F2 metric calculation

Hello *,

have a customer want to know how to calculate the bootstrap F2 in JMP/JMP PRO (for Bio-Equivalence similarity Test e.g. dissolution )

there is a scrip provide in the jmp user community however it only have f2 outcome but no bootstrap f2 which with confidence interval

 

just want to check around, Has anyone already have a script for it or idea to do it easily in JMP/JMP PRO ?

Same customer contacted me directly about writing the script. Because this request is more involved than answering a question, it would have to be started as a mentoring service for a fee if we do it.

 

It might be a simple matter but I don't have time now to even look at it in sufficient detail to adequately understand the request.

 

The results will be used for submission to a requlatory agency (e.g., FDA) for approval.
