Are we able to work in the cloud? Integrating with MongoDB based ELN's (Revity Signals)Hi all,
One of our customers has the company wide strategy to store all relevant information from R&D projects in their ELN. They chose Revity Signals , which comes with Spotfire for visualization and ChemDraw. JMP provides them with DoE and Analytics capabilites. The clear message is that everything needs to be documented in the ELN in the future.
Here's the challenge. They are asked to also send data from JMP to the ELN. The ELN is a cloud solution based on No-SQL database (MongoDB).
Does anyone know/have ideas/input/experiences/... about sending data from JMP to a no sql data storage or working with Revity Signals?
Their vision is of course an easy to use solution, where can more or less push a button and their JMP data will be pushed to the ELN.
Thanks,
Florian
Re: Are we able to work in the cloud? Integrating with MongoDB based ELN's (Revity Signals)Building a data connector with pymongo, might be an avenue to explore. This way they could push data to Mongo from JMP through the Python interface in JMP 18 and the rest API to mongo.

ETA: I've captured this as a potential add-in to build and distribute on the marketplace.
