How do you calculate the PR Curve in JMP's addin XGBOOST?I am needing to determine the PR Curve for XGBOOST (addin in JMP Pro), is there a way to ask JMP to output it? Otherwise, would the calculation:
the number of true positives divided by the total number of true positives and false positives suffice in manually calculating the PR Curve?
