Application of Six Sigma Thinking in Chemical Reduction of Wastewater Treatment Plants - S&PThis paper mainly introduces the application of Six Sigma (DMAIC) thinking in the optimization of wastewater treatment plant system dosing and other processes. The project uses JMP and other related software to define the problem, measure, collect, organize and analyze data around the problem, and improve the optimization system by designing DOE experiments. Finally, the wastewater station dosing prediction model is output with the help of JMP prediction profiler and simulator functions.
