What are requirements to perform Wilcoxon test in JMP

Are there any requirements to data distribution shape or variance to perform Wilcoxon test in JMP?

Thanks. Which function in JMP could be used if the data are not normal distribution and variance not equal?

The data should be of equal variance and the measurement system should be of equal interval, but the distribution does not have to be normally distributed.
