My customer is looking to use Tabulate to display sums of 2 columns (credit extended and loss), by 5 levels of a categorical variable. They'd also like to display a calculated column that shows the loss as a percent of total credit extended.
Finally, they'd like to be able to use a filter to see the Tabulate results for different regions (another categorical variable with many levels).
I can't seem to include a calculated column in Tabulate. I also tried to do this as a Summary table that is linked to the original table, but using a data filter for the region on the original data table doesn't update the summaries in the summary table.
Is there a straight-forward way to accomplish this in JMP?
To do this, we can select the columns from the left in Tabulate, right click > Combine > Ratio. Use the new column & change the statistic to Mean. Lastly, change the format from decimal to percent. Thanks to @Bill_Worley for the solution!
