Adjusted Response Graph in JMP?Hi all,
I was asked if JMP is able to plot an "Adjusted Response Graph" to evaluate Regression Models.
I far as my research went we are not providing anything like it by default.
Here is an example of it in Matlab: Adjusted response plot of linear regression model - MATLAB plotAdjustedResponse - MathWorks Deutschland
If I understand it correctly it seems to plot the relationship between the fitted response and one or more than one predictor variable while averaging out the influences of the other variables. Might there be a work around to do this in JMP?
Many thanks,
Jonas
Re: Adjusted Response Graph in JMP?Agree. For pointwise plots, wondering about just saving out predicted values and plotting them versus the desired X variables.
Re: Adjusted Response Graph in JMP?Thanks @russ_wolfinger , if I understood them correctly they also want to plot the points as well, which would be a bit different to the new profiler data points we added in JMP 18.
Re: Adjusted Response Graph in JMP?Hi @Jonas_Rinne , Both LSMeans (when X is Nominal) and Profiler come to mind.
