Want to build an analytics culture in your organization? In this presentation, we'll show you how to build a data analytics strategy and grow its advocates.
Building an analytics culture within a company can be a big change that must start with the leadership of the organization and data analytics advocates setting the tone and leading from the front, and ensuring that data is recognized as a strategic asset.
In this presentation, we will discuss how people who are trying to embed data analytics in their organizations can foster change, overcome resistance to change, promote collaboration, and educate and empower their employees. People in such positions will need to find peers who share their vision for organizational change and plan education programs to create data analytics-savvy employees.
In addition, the presentation will introduce a free online statistics course called "Statistical Thinking for Industrial Problem Solving (STIPS)" as a tool to help employees improve their skills. This will help employees acquire practical skills in using data and solving problems.
