Big data analysis has been widely used in the Internet field, but its application in the industrial field has not been smooth. In the industrial field, simpler scenarios such as quality warning, operation optimization, visual inspection, and equipment predictive maintenance have been maturely applied, but more complex scenarios such as product performance prediction, cross-process optimization, product design optimization, and technology research have encountered some problems, and no good application cases have been seen so far.
Based on my actual work, I have systematically summarized the relationship between industrial big data analysis and statistical analysis, the current problems encountered in industrial big data analysis and possible solutions, as well as application cases based on JMP.
