How can a customer receive non-current versions of JMP

Before the request will be considered, the following criteria must be met:

• CPQ contract
  • Subscription (store) customers will always have access to the current JMP release only 
• Invoice Paid

 

JET Salesforce case management:

• In a @ mention to Jeff P, including the following information: 
  • Requested non-current JMP versions
  • Contract number(s)
  • Invoice Paid
    • Invoice must be paid to be considered for non-current releases
  • Assign case to Jeff
  • Select Send Notification Email
  •
